I tried to Hire one freelancer and I deposited 50$ but he did not respond and I found someone else and withdrew the money from there. The question is where is my money?

If you close a fixed-price contract with money funded, and a freelancer doesn't reply, then the money is automatically refunded to you.

After the refund is initiated, it typically takes 5 business days for the money to show up in your account.
