I have a problem. I paid for a partial milestone for my job and requested to refund the rest. I can find the refund in the transactions report but it doesn't appear in my bank transaction history.
If the freelancer has approved the refund request, it can take up to five business days to be credited. I checked the recent contracts you have, and it looks like the freelancer has disputed the refund request. Please check the contract and view under Terms and Settings. I checked this for you and it looks like these funds are already available on your account. You can check this in your Transactions, it is showing as available balance in the upper left corner.
