Refund wasnt sent to my bank account

I have a problem with refund. I worked with a freelancer but he didnt accept the job and upwork-financial transaction says your money refunded to your bank but i didnt get back anything. How can I solve this problem?

These refunds are automatically processed back to your funding bank account. Takes up to 5 business days.
