Refund

Upwork refunded $31.82 on the 26th of July, 2022. Unfortunately, this hasn't reflected in my bank yet. I have been in touch with the Bank but they claim they still haven't received the funds yet. I wanted to confirm if Upwork has sent out this refund as it's been a month already.

I checked and this refund was sent directly to your payment method. Could you please check your credit card statement around that time to see if you can find the refund?
