Reimburse money in Budget

Hi, I allocated some money on the budget for a project when I contracted a freelancer.

However the freelancer canceled the contract before finishing the job, now the money is locked in the Budget. Since he quit without delivering it, and 5 days past the deadline, I had to do the work myself and won't need to contract any one else to do it now.

How can I get this budget money reimbursed?

The funds have already been refunded back to your bank account. Please keep in mind that it can take up ot 5 business days for the funds to be loaded on your account. Thank you.
