Removing a job posting

Hello! If I remove a job posting can I still refer to an archived version of the posting and see the list of applicants, as well as any messages exchanged with those applicants? Is it possible to send a note to all applicants when removing the posting to thank them for applying?

Hi Robert,

Yes! You'll still have access to all of the information. You can even come back and repost the job and hire a freelancer or agency who submitted a proposal. Check out this help article to learn more about closing a job post. It is not possible to send a message to multiple freelancers at the same time. If you'd like to message a freelancer while the job post is still open you can click the Send Message button. Once you do this, the freelancer is moved automatically to your Messaged section and a room is created.
