Request a refund from abandoned milestone

Hi,

I funded a milestone, and my freelancer didn't submit work. How can I end the project and request a refund only for the milestone that is not completed. The funds are still on escrow

This is easy to do.

Navigate to the contract listing. Choose the option to close the contract. You may need to click an option to release payment. After doing that, you will see a field that you can edit, to CHANGE the amount of money you want to release. Change it to zero. Then proceed to close the contract.

Then the freelancer will be sent a refund request. He will agree and you will receive all escrow money back. Or if the freelancer does nothing, you will automatically receive the money back.
