I spoke with support team, I filed a request for refund. I saw it posted in Message scroll. But nothing since then, And its not in an open ticket

You can check that your Refund was processed by going to Reports > Transactions.

Hi Andrea,
There are supposed to be TWO refunds there. The one I am referring to is invoice dated 3/16 for $200.
