Reversed Transaction

Hi Upwork, 
I am a little confused when i am looking through my invoices. I found out there is a payment released and then there is a reversed transactiom. 

Thus, i am wondering if i paid the freelancer? In addition, my card got auto-charged this morning for a First Liner contract. Is that how hourly contract works?
