Review on the freelancer was not published

I wrote a review on the freelancer but it was not published on their profile after 14days. 

 

I have highlighted it to Upwork support, **Edited for Community Guidelines**.  But she has not updated me on this.  She told me she will look it it, but so far no update from her.

 

Hope Upwork could look into it.

The freelancer has 2 weeks to review you before it shows up. If it's a bad review, the freelancer would be wise to wait 2 weeks to review you to stop it from showing up on their profile.

I have contacted Upwork support to report on this issue, but apparently
they were not responsive to it. In fact, there is dispute on the
freelancer whereby they didn't complete the project despite having received
the full payment from us. They refused to complete it. We have filed a
dispute case to Upwork support. Apparently, Upwork was not able to take
any action on them as the warranty period was over.

Anyway, we would like to post our feedback on this freelancer, to alert
other users about the performance of this freelancer. so that they will
think twice to hire this freelancer.

haha how did I know it was a bad review? lol When the project is in dispute, it's removed from the profile until it finalizes. If the freelancer is top rated, they can have it removed anyway if the perk is available to them. If the dispute never happened, then the freelancer maybe used their perk or they haven't rated you yet. Again, if they don't have the perk available and will eat the bad review, the smart thing for them to do is to wait 2 weeks before rating you as the review is double-blinded and will not show until both have put in their reviews.
