Scraping Forums & blogs: what's a reasonable price?

Hi Guys,

can somebody provide help me to decide on what's a reasonable price for scraping blogs/forums like the following using python scrapy :

https://www.solarpaneltalk.com/

https://www.reddit.com/r/investing/

Every post (Date, text, user, title, categories) is supposed to be saved as an item and then into a MongoDB.

The offer I got is 30$ per blog/forum. Is that a fair price?

Thank you very much,

Michael

The rate that is best for YOU is the one that gets you hired for A PATRICULAR JOB / CLIENT.

No, "yeah, buts..."

Sorry I've put this post to the wrong thread, I'm on the client side not on the freelancer side...

That's absurd. Selling yourself short might get you hired, but that's not necessarily a good thing.

Pretty sure that jobs in violation of copyright laws violate TOS and can't be posted here.

I know this isn't responsive to your initial question, but you may want to specify that in your job post. There are many illegal scraping jobs posted, and you're likely to get flagged otherwise.

Done!
