Sending attachments to job applicants

Hi,

I want to message a job applicant and include an attachment.  I don't see an option to include an attachment.  All of the help articles say there is the option, but how do I access it?  I'm attaching a screenshot of my messaging interface.

Could you please try using a different browser or after clearing your cache and cookies? If the issue persists, please let us know.

It is easy to send attachments to applicants or others through any message, even if there is no button available for adding the attachment.

Put the attachment onto an FTP server.

Send the link to the applicant within the message: a link they can simply click on in order to download the file to their computer. The link can be one that they can use to download the file directly from an email message or a web browser. They don't need to have any login credentials or use any FTP tools. Your technical team can help you with that if you have questions.

You can also use Dropbox to provide a downloadable link.
