Share "Saved Talent" folder?

I have found some candidates I'd like to reach out to for an opportunity and have them in a Saved Talent folder. Before proceeding, I would like to get feedback from others on my team on who we should invite. I have sent each team member a invite to the Upwork app, which they have accepted, but none can see my folder under Talent/Saved Talent.

Stock photo apps allow me to share lightboxes with collleages and designers. I would have thought the Saved Talent folders would act in the same way. 

If this is not possible, what is? I can't imagine other hiring managers haven't wanted to solicit feedback on candidates.
