Posted a new job and messaged a few bidders. Noticed it is showing everyone offline, even a person I communicate with daily. Any solutions?
Thank you.

Yes.
Ignore the online/offline status indicators.
Which I affectionately refer to as "Stalker Dots."
Users may manually set their "offline" status. So how much do you really want to rely on the accuracy of this indicator?
For example, I leave my status indicator permanently on "offline", even though I am usually online, with the Upwork messages tool active.

Try with another navigator, or if you use the app, try to kill it and to restart it.

dont understand why you want everything to be ignored and move on....

I do not think everything should be ignored.
But when something is:
a) unnecessary
[and]
b) inaccurate or misleading
...such as stalker dots...
then, yes, that would be a good thing to ignore.

Hi John,
The offline/online indicator is working as designed. All users have an option to choose "Invisible" which makes them appear offline if they prefer not to share when they are online with everybody. So a freelancer may have the grey circle next to their name even if they are online and talking to you.
