Simple feature MISSING, why cant i block a person

Sometimes i will get harassed by a contractor, there should be an option to block the sender, mark as spam etc;

Hi Ace, Unfortunately, there is no way to block a freelancer for now. However, you can (and please do) report a person with inappropriate behavior to Customer Support. oDesk Team will review all the reports and take necessary actions. You can find more information about reporting spam applications here.

I would really like this to be a feature as well. Some of these freelancers can't take no for an answer and contact me multiple times a day.

You CAN block anyone from messaging you by clicking on their profile picture from your messages. You will see a drop down menu that has "block (Person's name)" as an option. You can block them and even unblock them later if you choose.
