Start date?

I have posted two jobs.

One has a start date (Clipping path: Looking for a person who can erase b..).

The other doesn't (Instructions in how to manipulate jewelry pro...). And I can't see how I'm supposed to do it.

Can you please help me how to give the second job post a start date as well?
