Sucess Ratios

Are these statements true? 1) success ratio doesnt mean dissatisfied work because some clients did not end their contracts. Results then stay in the job bucket and lowers job success score. If these jobs were ended success score would be better?

Hi G.J.,

Could you please confirm if you are referring to the Job Success Score calculation and if this explanation was shared with you through a support ticket?

No, that isn't true-

Contracts with money paid, provided a freelancer does not have an insane percentage of such contracts, do not hurt the Job Success Score.

Contracts with nothing **ever** paid eventually do hurt the JSS.

In just about all other cases, a low job success score means poor feedback, public and (especially) private.
