First, our bank refused a transaction as they suspected fradulent activity in our account from UPWORK. Spoke to the bank for two hours to resolve that which is now resolved and now the upwork has suspended the account with no way of contacting anyone and trying to resolve this. I am just close to cancelling my account and going to some other platform.
