Suspended - Please help!

Hi there! 

 

It seems I am suspended but I am not sure why. I dont have any messages in my inbox explaining the suspension.

 

This is the message I am receiving.

 

"Financial transactions for your company have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support"
 
I have no outstanding balances and even added a new payment method. Please help.
