I have no idea how to contact UPWORK support. I ended a contract with a freelancer before she started because she told me she could not complete the work. It has been about 5 days and I still have not received a credit to my bank account. The freelancer approved the termination.

In your Reports> Transaction history you can see that the refund was sent to you yesterday September 14. It may take a few days for it to show on your bank account.
