Hi
I'm about to hire a freelance and the hire button is disable.
All my information, payment method (PayPal) is entered. Reading I think my accout might be not approved yet but how can I see this and how can I make sure what the issue is.
The freelance guy was refered to me by one of his customers so I know this is not his issue.
I signed up to UPWORK on May 20th, 3 days ago.
