The new job posting process is stupid and inefficient

PLEASE BRING THE OLD JOB POSTING PROCESS BACK!!!

I just want a simple article written.  However, with this new process, I have all these dumb options and I can't seem to find the "right" category for what I need...so I end up getting either NO bids on a project or the wrong people bidding. Total waste of time.

I know it's important for companies to try new things to make their processes more " user-friendly" but please consider beta testing with people who've actually used your system for years before rolling out 'improvements' that make life worse.

A  very simple solution to this is just to add an additional category for "other"

Antonio,  yes - BETA TESTING is a wonderful, tried and tested method that saves tons of aggravation, angst, and anger.  Yes, Upwork should make much better use of it.
