The platform is becoming unusable

Over the last few months the platform is slowly becoming unusable. And we are considering  jumping ship because of it.

- Right now I cannot load the settings for the profiles, it just has the infinate loading spinner.

- When I try to chat with people, half the message vanishes.

- I cannot submit propsals for jobs, nothing happens when you press the submit button.

- Sometimes I cannot create chats with users who apply for jobs, it just loads for 5-10 seconds, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't very frustrating

- Lots of other things.
