The wrong amount was taken from my account

The amount taken out was in USD. It was supposed to be in AUD. Now my bill is $500 more than I had approved. I need this to be reversed urgently.

Oh Damien, sorry to hear that. First, I doubt if Upwork charges in any other currency except USD. Second, it will be good to clarify whether the amount charged has already been used to fund an escrow for a freelancer or not.
