Today Upwork verifies my account and deduct about $11 but when i am trying to to hire a freelancer an error arrives i.e "There was a problem charging your billing method. Please enter a new billing method and try again."
How it is possible that when upwork want to verify the account the amount deducted but when i want to hire someone there is an error in billing method.

I am seeing the most recent charge as havine gone through. Please reach back out if you are still experiencing an issue. Also note that Upwork has already refunded the deposit that you were charged.

I can't received the refunded amount in my account. And aslo facing same error "There was a problem charging your billing method. Please enter a new billing method and try again" while hiring. Kindly.
