This is why I'm leaving oDesk

Two weeks ago, I gave two conracts to two freelancers for French Telemarketing. Both of them didn't respect the rules of the offer, so I ended the contract  two days after the contract was started. And suprise! Last monday, oDesk charged me for "Salary". I contacted the customer service who told me they're going to contact the freelancers to ask a refund. Fortunately, one of these freelancer refund me but the other..... well, a perfect liar. He said to the custommer service that I gave him this money to buy a new headphone which is totally false. Custommer service told me they can't do more for me... Wow. I lost money for something I didn't get. And one more, my negative Feedback is not, at least, shown on his Freelancer profile...
