Tons of work with ridiculously low budgets

I am seeing a ton of design work here for a ridiculously low price. Logos for $10 are probably my favorite.  Who are these people?  Do they realize that the industry standard rate for a logo is around $200?  Upwork really needs to create a filter to save us the time of sifting through clients who are basically use this platform to try and practically to get free creaitve talent.

There is a filter for you to screen out those jobs with low budget (I never use it though, because some clients would put a $5 budget as a placeholder).

Just skip those job posts. They are not for you.
