Total Upwork Payments

Hello,

I hired an Ansys specialist through upwork to help me with a project and I hired him for two jobs.  I thought that I only paid him 70 usd total for both jobs.  First jobs was 20 usd and second job was 30 usd and I gave him an extra 20 usd as a bonus.  However, I was surprised when I saw my balance sheet to be at 142 usd!!

Can someone provide an explanation for this?

Hi Motaz, 

I checked your Transactions page, and can see that you issued 2 bonuses on 26-January. On the same page, you will see that your freelancer has issued you a refund on 27-January. Please let us know if there is still a disprepancy on your transactions, and we'll assist you in going over your transactions.

yes he refunded me that amount.  But still it says that my total debits and credits are 163 usd.  Maybe I am not reading the statement correctly.  Where do I get total amount that I have paid through upwork?

Hi Motaz,

You can view your transaction history under Reports> Transactions. From there, you can check all the payments you made and the refund you received.
