Transaction report

Hello - need urgent help. For some reason the chat does not let you talk to a person anymore. 

A client invited me to their account. I have worked with UpWork before and have my own UpWork account so I know htere is a transaction report which details all expenses and withdrawlas from their account. 

THey gave me finance permissions - but i sitll do not see this report - what do i do to see it ? What permissions are needed.
