Trying to hire but payment not verified

Hi,

 I'm a new client trying to hire but it keeps saying my payment method isn't verified. I've tried countless options and still the same result. I'm trying to use PayPal and it says it's linked but still not verified? Someone help.

i don't use credit cards at all, my debit card they say is a gift card. I dunno what to do? I have someone to hire but my payment method isn't verified...
