Unable have valid PayPal account verified on Upwork

Upkk will not verify my valid PayPal Acct. 

*Paypal says "Account is good". Linkef credit card

*Addresses match

*Added additional email on PayPal to align with Upwk

*Updated full name to Upkk instead of shortening to match with PayPal

*Cedit card already link on Upwk. Will make additional payment method

Jo. Will this be an issue: My address reflected on PayPal is my "Billing Address/Physical" and Upwork "Mailing Address".

PayPal has an internal issue they don't disclose the issue clearly, One of my friends has a $852+ in PayPal account balance, but they aren't clear why he stopped the payment.

It was really shocking and unexpected by the PayPal team.
