Unable to Invite Freelancers

I have created a new job post and I am unable to invite freelancers from the search results.

I have created a customized searh, I click on the Invite button, then confirm and send the Invite message, and then the Invite button turns grey and says "Invited" but when I click on the "Invited Freelancers" tab there is nothing.

This is very frustrating. I just spent 1 hour searching and inviting dozens of freelancers and all the work is wasted.

I am trying to reach out to Upwork support in regards to a bug that is preventing me from inviting freelancers to a job post.

I go through the support options and at the end the only option available is Community Forum. There is no option for email or phone.
