Unable to Make any Payments from Indian Debit Cards

Hi,

All my payments using Indian debit cards are failing. I have tried 4 different bank account debit cards. I keep getting the message Charge Mailed, Milestone could not be activated.

Upwork does have an article about this -

But my cards are working on all other Merchant sites.

My bank assures me the problem is not from their side, especially if the transaction is not of the recurring kind.

Is anyone else from India able to make payments? I need urgent help with this!
