Unable to add in Billing Method

Hello,

 

I am not able to add a billing method

 

We are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank

 

I appreciate any help.

It is still not working, I tried with other cards as well. Same issue.

I am also not able to add connects to my individual profile
