How do I get in touch with the upwork support team?

Had a terrible experience with a freelancer, he was unresponsive and my project wasn't moving at all. We ended the contract and he blocked me and put a bad review on my profile. Because of the review I have not been able to get good freelancers. Need support to remove that review
