Unable to download a .zip file because system tells: "It is not safe to download this file."

Hey there,

I wanted to download a .zip file from a hired contractor but the systems did not allow it an the following error appeared: "It is not safe to download this file. If you really want to access this file please contact Customer Support."

Can you help me to download it?

Florian, don't waste your time trying to use Upwork as a file transfer tool.

Use a tool of your choice, such as Dropbox, FTP, email, etc.
