Unable to join a team

I have created an account and have been sent an invite to join a team, but when I click on the 'Get Started' button it just opens up my Upwork job postings page. There is nothing about the company which I have been invited to work for, and I'm just wondering what I need to do to be able to accept the invitation.

Hi, i am trying to join the team through the email invitation, however, each time i tried to accept the invitation, i am redirected to the job posting page, as shown in the image attached below. I have tried it afew times, and even tried to recreate my account, but to no avail.Would be glad if someone can offer some assistance here, thank you.
