Unable to post a project

Hi,

I tried to post a project but it say "Financial transactions for your company have been limited." 

I post a project on hourly rate then I tried to switch to fixed price. There is not option for this. So I did not pay for the freelancer billed amount. Then my account got suspended.

Now I am able to access my account. But when I try to post a project it wont allow me. So please help me on this issues.
