We have a contractor whom we wish to see work progress - as the job is now behind schedule and we do not have satisfactory communication with the contractor.
How is it that there is no work diary history? On the actions drop down menu there is no tab to select this option either.
Noticed for another recent hire contractor it is the same.
But our tried and trusted contractor - the option works just fine.
Can you please let me know how we turn this feature on.
