I hired a freelancer for a project. They did not deliver the project in the proposed timeline and was unresponsive to I canceled and asked for a refund. It turns out they were impacted by a major weather event and were without power or Internet. Is it possible to rehire them for the closed contract?
Also, does anyone know how to contact customer support without talking to a robot?
Unfortunately you won't be able t rehire her on the same contract. But, you can hire her on a new job/contract at any time and continue working with your freelancer.
