Why is not possible use prepaid card for upload money into the system???

well looks like i can´t reuse the money earned as freelancer in this client account

You CAN.

But not directly.

If you withdraw your freelancer earnings into a PayPal account or bank account, you can use that money to pay Upwork for services you commission as a client.

The simplest way to pay for services as a client is to use a credit card (not debit or pre-paid card). You can pay freelancers using the credit card, and then use the money in your bank account to pay off the credit card.

Like this:

Freelancer Earnings -> Bank Account -> Credit Card

That's what I do.

I already tried days ago, but once  i submited my account for do the payment in Paypa,l the system also request conect with a debit or credir card.

So as i only have prepaid is not possible
