As a Client, I'm looking to chat with someone who can help me with my billing:
- It seems I've been charged more than the the number of hours my hire worked for.
- I can't seem to find any 'Edit' button inside my 'Billing & Payemnts' page to change/modity my payment method.
I can't find the 'Get Support' button on your website page, even though that's what you advise in your FAQ's. Please advise where I can get support or email my query?
