Upwork didn't back my money

2 issues

1# Every knows Upwork takes 10$ for verification through two digits. The will refund about 5 days but i am waiting 2 weeks they didn't back my money.

2# I sent offer to freelancer in this job i funded 10$ in escrow. Then i withdrew the offer due to some reasons the Upwork didn't funded amount. Waiting 2 weeks
