Upwork isn't charging my credit card

Hello,

I want to hire some freelancers on Upwork. This is my first time hiring anyone here. However, Upwork.com isn't charging my card. It is a credit card NOT a debit card or a prepaid card. I tried my debit card previously but it didn't work. 

Now, it isn't charging my credit card either. 

Please resolve this issue.
