I have both an agency account and client account in Upwork and every time I want to speak to support, all I get is a bot that is nowhere helpful. Why has Upwork support become so terrible these days?

Naaah. They were not helpful at all, and even suggested I should close my account. So I decided to end close to 80 contracts with my clients coz it looks like Upwork is not the best place for my business.

Yes, you are right. I had also posted my concern a few days ago, but it is still open and I have not received a solution yet.
