Upwork time tracker as a client

Hey  everyone,
I am trying to use the Upwork time tracker as a client so i could track the progress of the freelance iv' hired. 

I didn't found any instruction how to do it.

Do i need to download an desktop app? if yes, where from? and how i use it to track a freelance i have hired as a client?

Hi Nir,

The desktop app is designed for freelancers to track their time when they are hired on hourly contracts. You as a client will be able to review their work diary, screenshots, and activity levels.
