Verifying email address

verifying my account did not seem to work. i clicked the link in the email i received but my job is still listing as draft due to verifying email required. moreover when i click on the verify my email link it takes me back to the same page and nothing seems to be dont (no email sent) in subsequent click of the link to verify.

Alos, this support is kind of insufficient to the task. the solvy ask for help button dissappears right after page load. and none of these forums is specifically for techical support issues.
