My account is probably nearly 2 decades old with upwork.
My balance shows around $110. The card on file is good with plenty of credit avail. The backup card i also good.
My developers are being sent notices like I did something bad saying not to work for me. I am getting ambiguous emails re account suspension and instructions to reference "detailed instructions" for identifiy verification that seem to not exist.
I emailed support@. Please advise.
