We are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing ban

Hello.. I am facing this issue on my client's account. I tried several times to add billing method on clients's account. But failded. Please help.

 

We are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank.

My online paayment gateway is also on.

Thanks for reaching me out,
My card is already activated and I am using that in other tasks also like payments n all.

Please contact to the card issuing bank and ask them to activate reccuring
payment method on your card.
