My bank and VISA confirms everything is OK.
at Upwork, I get
"We are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank."
Please help.

Nope, on my side it shows that Upwork successfully charged my card with a test amount, then reverted the payment:
please double check the referenced transaction above and provide a quick fix.
This is my last request before leaving the platform.
